Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing colorsofgush.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Colors of Gush is an online paint shop run by Pico X Health Technology, an independent retailer of Gush paint. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Gush.
2. Products
We sell Gush interior paint and related products. Colour swatches and room photos are shown as a guide. Screens and lighting change how colour looks, so please confirm your choice with a physical sample before a large order.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card or PayNow through our secure payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Singapore. Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds and dispatch times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Tinted paint is mixed to order, so it may take a little longer to dispatch.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Tinted paint is mixed to your order, so it can only be returned if it is faulty or not the colour you ordered.
6. Product Advice
Any DIY application guidance we give is free general advice to help you use the paint. It is not a painting or installation service. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation in Singapore and, failing that, to the Singapore courts.
10. Image License & Media Rights
