Returns & refunds policy

7-day return window

You may return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Paint tins must be unopened with seals intact; appliances must be in their original packaging with all accessories.

Faulty or damaged goods

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within its warranty period, we collect it and replace or refund it at our cost. Message us with photos and your order number.

Return shipping

We arrange and pay for collection on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. For change-of-mind returns, collection is free within Singapore but any opened items cannot be accepted.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
