Right paint.
Right surface.
Right call every time.
One coordinated system — Care for ceilings, CleanCare for walls, three sealers for the substrate underneath, and HydroPro water-based enamel for wood and metal. Specified and applied by Pico X across Singapore homes.
01 · Interior System
Care above. CleanCare around.
Care for ceilings
Ceilings are most prone to moisture build-up. Care regulates humidity and helps prevent mould growth — keeping the space clean and breathable where it matters most.
CleanCare for walls
Walls face the greatest wear. CleanCare is formulated for stain resistance and easy maintenance — ideal for surfaces that get touched, scuffed and cleaned regularly.
Why this pairing
Humidity control where it's needed most. Stain protection where it counts. A cleaner, healthier environment for the home and a straightforward professional system for the painter.
02 · The Sealer Layer
Which sealer? 30 seconds.
Before paint goes on, the substrate has to be honest. Three sealers, three jobs — pick by what the wall is actually doing.
Weak wall? Use DeepSeal.
Mould? Use MouldSeal.
Both? Use MouldSeal.
None of these? Use EcoSeal.
DeepSeal
When to use
- —Substrate is loose, powdery or chalking
- —Surface flakes or crumbles
- —Occupied site where an oil sealer is not tolerable
MouldSeal
When to use
- —Mould or dark spots visible
- —Musty smell even in dry conditions
- —Bathroom, kitchen or shaded walls
EcoSeal
When to use
- —Palm test passes clean
- —No mould or repair history
- —Standard healthy substrate
