Shipping & delivery policy

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders over S$100, anywhere in Singapore. Orders under S$100 pay a flat S$15 delivery fee. There is no surcharge for any postal district, including Sentosa and Jurong Island (where access permits allow).

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the next working day. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 working days from payment. Bulky items such as dehumidifiers may take up to 5 working days.

Delivery attempts

Our courier contacts you before delivery. If nobody is home, we will arrange a second attempt at no charge. After two failed attempts we will hold the order and contact you to reschedule.

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, message us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at our cost.
